Our Minimum Standards are derived from our Recommended Technology Platform and highlights the requirements we aim to have in place for our Managed IT Services clients.

The software version, and hardware model applicable to the below will always be the current supported lifecycle specified by the manufacturer. Hardware should be no more than 3 years old, unless still supported by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
