Devices bought at different times from different suppliers, so nothing works quite the same way. Toner ordered in a panic. A fault that gets blamed on the network by the print company and on the printer by the IT company.
Meanwhile the machine in the corner can scan straight into your document system, release jobs only when the person is standing at it, and tell you exactly what each department costs. Almost nobody is using any of it.
We look at what you actually print, not what the brochure says. Then we match devices to that, set up the features that earn their keep, and support the lot as one service.
Toner arrives before you run out because usage is monitored. Faults are picked up remotely, and a technician comes out when they can't be. You pay per page, so the bill follows what you used.
And because we look after your IT as well, there is nobody left to blame when a scan doesn't reach an inbox.
About six months out. That gives time to look at what you actually print rather than repeating what you signed up to five years ago, to compare properly, and to give notice without a rollover clause catching you. If it is closer than that, it is still worth a conversation, it just narrows the options.
Leasing suits most businesses because it avoids a large upfront cost, keeps payments predictable and makes upgrading straightforward at the end of the term. Buying can make sense for lower volumes or where a device will sit for a very long time. We will tell you which fits rather than steering you toward the one that suits us.
Often yes. A support plan can be applied to devices you already own as well as ones we supply. We specialise in Toshiba and Kyocera and can talk about other brands, and our technicians service HP, Samsung, Oki, Ricoh and Fuji Xerox as well.
Support is billed per page against your reported usage each month, so the bill follows what you actually printed instead of a flat fee that assumes a busy month. Device cost sits separately, either purchased or financed. Installation and setup are included at no charge, and delivery is sometimes charged depending on the device and where it is going. We would rather show you the numbers against your own volumes than quote a figure that turns out to mean something different.
No. If what you have suits the work, keeping it is usually the cheapest answer and we will say so. Where we do recommend a change it is normally because volumes have moved, the device is past support, or the features you need are not there.
If it is leased, we manage the return and the transition so there is no gap. If you own it, we can arrange removal. Either way it is worth making sure the internal storage is dealt with before it leaves, because these devices retain copies of what they have scanned and printed.
